The Flex Sales Associate role is designed to fit your lifestyle, where you will support store operations and deliver world-class experiences during peak hours. Peak hours are defined as evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high-traffic periods such as promotions or product launches. As a Flex Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers).

Requirements

Results-oriented seller.
Care in communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
At least 18 years or older.
Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Standing for extended periods.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
Timely arrival to work.
Work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
Reliable support and step in during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.
