About The Position
WHBM is hiring a seasonal, part-time Sales Associate at Briarwood Mall in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The Sales Associate is the welcoming face of a customer-centered store environment and helps create an experience that reflects the brand’s culture of hospitality. The role involves building genuine customer connections, sharing product knowledge, and providing personalized service. The Sales Associate supports store performance and operations by meeting personal goals, assisting with merchandising and inventory replenishment, maintaining store organization and visual standards, and working collaboratively with the team. The position requires flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

- Minimum age of 16 in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA; minimum age of 18 in all other states.
- Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
