About The Position

Squishable is hiring a seasonal Retail Sales Associate at Briarwood Mall to represent the brand and create a welcoming, memorable customer experience during the holiday season. Associates learn Squishable’s products and use that knowledge to provide a high level of customer service and build lasting relationships with customers.

The role runs from November 2026 through early January 2027. Seasonal team members need flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The pay rate is $14.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Must have flexible availability throughout the holiday season, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail experience; experience in a pop-up, promotional, or boutique environment is preferred.
• Able to lift and move cartons weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Perform point-of-sale transactions efficiently and courteously during the busy holiday season.
• Engage with customers and create a fun, memorable holiday shopping experience.
• Process inbound holiday shipments efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain organized inventory and display merchandise according to brand visual guidelines.
• Support opening and closing duties as assigned, particularly during peak holiday periods.
