About The Position
As a Sales Associate, you represent Von Maur and contribute to its reputation as America’s Leading Department Store. You help create a lasting impression through the customer’s shopping experience by providing sincere, friendly service, developing customer relationships, sharing product knowledge, and supporting sales goals. The role is based in Victor, New York, and offers a base wage of $16.00–$18.00 per hour, plus commission and overtime eligibility. The listed pay range may vary by department and location, and a successful candidate’s wage will depend on individual qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers sincerely, be friendly, and thank every customer.
- Develop customer relationships to grow your business.
- Use product knowledge and knowledge of store services to create a strong customer experience.
- Process point-of-sale transactions and enter account information.
- Maintain a visually appealing and clean department.
- Achieve individual sales and account goals.
- Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
