About The Position
The Sales Associate assists customers throughout the retail store and provides excellent customer service. Duties may include greeting customers, answering product-related questions, cashier responsibilities, product assembly, general housekeeping, and other duties assigned by the manager. The role requires extensive knowledge and understanding of clothing, accessories, and related products. The schedule requires availability to work days, nights, and every other weekend. Pay is $15.00+ per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with customer service questions.
- Price merchandise and make price changes as requested by store management.
- Stock and face merchandise on shelves as requested by store management.
- Assist with receiving freight and organize incoming products as directed by store management.
- Assist with cycle counts.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and handle them appropriately.
- Process customer transactions using the KCX cash register system.
- Handle cash accurately.
- Handle customer returns.
- Perform product assembly, general housekeeping, and other duties assigned by the manager.
