About The Position
The Assistant Manager shares and assists with responsibility for the site’s facility and operations. This role uses drive, determination, and a self-disciplined approach to meet and exceed volume, revenue, and profitability goals. Assistant Managers lead by example on the front line, working alongside the team, and help lead a small team of 10–15 employees while fostering teamwork and a fun workplace. The position combines administrative duties with hands-on operational work in a fast-paced, structured outdoor environment. It offers professional development and career-growth opportunities toward higher-level management positions.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of leadership experience.
- Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously for extended periods, up to 8–10 hours per shift.
- Ability to perform frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, stooping, climbing, and crouching.
- Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds, and occasionally more with assistance.
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to operate car wash equipment, hoses, and controls.
- Visual acuity to monitor vehicle condition, equipment function, and safety compliance.
- Comfort working in varying outdoor weather conditions, including heat, cold, humidity, and rain.
- Ability to communicate clearly and respond quickly to safety or operational concerns in a noisy environment.
- Ability to perform duties safely and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
- Ability to work outside normal business hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and compliance with company driving standards when driving for company business.
- Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.

- Work outside normal business hours, including evenings and weekends, based on company needs.
- Occasionally drive for company business using a company, rental, or personal vehicle, in accordance with company driving standards.
