About The Position
The Sales Associate of Pricing assists customers throughout the retail store and helps ensure product pricing is up to date and accurate based on price changes provided. The role requires attention to detail, organization, and the ability to multitask. Pay is $15.00 or more per hour, depending on experience. Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with customer service questions.
- Price merchandise and make price changes as requested by store management.
- Stock and face merchandise on shelves as requested by store management.
- Assist with receiving freight and organizing incoming products as directed by store management.
- Assist with cycle counts.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and handle them appropriately.
- Handle customer transactions using the KCX cash register system.
- Handle cash accurately.
- Handle customer returns.
