About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you are a brand ambassador who creates authentic connections with customers and guides their shopping journey through personalized styling recommendations. You help maintain an attractive, organized sales floor where merchandise is in the right place and ready for customers. In collaboration with the team, you create personalized customer experiences and contribute to an inviting store environment.

The role involves learning and sharing product information, providing personalized service, maintaining visual and operational standards, and using technology to support company priorities, promotions, and a seamless omnichannel shopping experience. You also partner with store leaders to meet individual goals and daily expectations, and build productive relationships with coworkers by sharing ideas and being helpful.
