About The Position

Soma is an intimate apparel brand focused on combining fashion and function to help women feel empowered through comfort and confidence. The Sales Associate is a customer-facing team member who creates a welcoming, customer-centered environment grounded in hospitality. The role involves connecting with customers, sharing product knowledge, and providing personalized service while supporting store operations and performance.

This is a regular, part-time position at the Soma store in Spotsylvania Towne Centre in Fredericksburg, Virginia. The listed pay range is $12.77–$15.95 per hour. Benefits may depend on employment type, role, and eligibility requirements.

• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
