About The Position

The Part-Time Sales Associate drives sales efforts and customer relationships by providing excellent customer service and using effective selling techniques. The role performs daily store functions, including product merchandising and sales, customer relations, and store maintenance. Customer service, sales, and teamwork are central to the position. Associates help customers find appropriate merchandise, support shipments and restocking, follow visual standards, maintain an orderly store, and comply with company policies.

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Excellent command of English to communicate effectively with management, customers, and coworkers.
• Basic fashion and style trend knowledge and an interest in working with customers in a retail setting.
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities, attention to detail, flexibility, communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide customer service and perform accurate inventory control, merchandise transport, and store maintenance.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work extended hours during critical project phases and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service, build customer relationships, and sell appropriate merchandise.
• Assist with shipments, merchandising, restocking, and pricing.

• Comply with company policies and participate in service training and product programs.
• Follow visual standards, complete daily restocking, and maintain adequate size runs according to visual directions.
• Help prevent employee and customer theft.
• Maintain a neat and orderly sales environment and organize the store as directed by store management.
