About The Position

Iowa 80 Truckstop is seeking enthusiastic and customer-friendly individuals to join their team as a Customer Service Associate. This role is responsible for all sales activities and maintaining outstanding customer service. The position requires a professional attitude, sincerity, and enthusiasm to reflect the store's commitment to its customers and its mission to be “A Place Where People Want to Stop.” This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for career development and a flexible schedule.

Requirements

Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read, write and effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management.
Positive telephone etiquette.
Ability to multitask, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, and grabbing.
May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, or climbing ladders.
Standing for at least eight-hour shifts.
Required to work weekends and holidays.
Pre-employment drug test and background check.
Random drug testing for employees.
