About The Position

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for all sales activities. You will have an important role, always demonstrating the outstanding customer service that we are known for. Customer Service Associates maintain a professional attitude and work with sincerity and enthusiasm reflecting the store's commitment to our customers and to fulfill Iowa 80's mission, to be “A Place Where People Want to Stop.”

Requirements

Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to read, write and effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management.
Positive telephone etiquette
Ability to multitask, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
Ability to work as part of a team
This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, and grabbing.
May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, or climbing ladders.
This position involves standing for at least eight-hour shifts.
Required to work weekends and holidays.
