Requirements

A Passion for Customer Service: You enjoy interacting with people and making them feel welcome. Your positive attitude and excellent communication skills will create an amazing experience for our customers.
Dependability & Reliability: You are punctual, ready to work from 4 PM to 12 AM, and can be counted on to handle your responsibilities during the evening shift.
Cash Handling & Transaction Experience: You’re comfortable handling cash, operating a cash register, and processing payments accurately. Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus!
Team-Oriented Attitude: You’re a team player who loves collaborating with others to get the job done. You thrive in a cooperative, fast-paced environment and are always ready to lend a hand when needed.
Multitasking Skills: You can juggle multiple tasks at once, from processing purchases to restocking shelves, while maintaining excellent customer service.
Flexible & Adaptable: You’re ready to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, and can handle the energy and demands of a busy retail environment.

Responsibilities

Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Be the face of Kenly 95 Petro as you assist customers, answer questions, and provide them with a friendly and memorable shopping experience. Whether it's guiding someone to the right product or making recommendations, your customer service skills will shine.
Handle Transactions Efficiently: Process purchases quickly and accurately using the cash register. You’ll handle cash, credit, and debit transactions, ensuring customers leave happy and satisfied.
Maintain Store Cleanliness & Organization: Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked. You'll be responsible for ensuring that shelves are stocked, products are neatly displayed, and the overall environment is welcoming and tidy.
Restock Merchandise: Help replenish stock throughout the shift, ensuring popular items are always available for customers. You’ll keep an eye on inventory levels and alert management when stock is running low.
Assist with Store Promotions: Help promote current sales and special offers, providing customers with information and encouraging them to take advantage of deals. Your energy and enthusiasm will drive sales!
Problem-Solve & Handle Customer Inquiries: You’ll be the go-to person for any customer questions or concerns. With your problem-solving skills, you’ll ensure that every customer leaves satisfied and happy.
