About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you serve as an Ann Taylor brand ambassador, creating authentic connections with customers and guiding their shopping journeys through personalized styling recommendations. You help maintain a beautiful, well-organized sales floor with merchandise ready for customers, and collaborate with your team to create personalized experiences and maintain an inviting store environment. You use brand behaviors, product knowledge, technology, and personalized service to support customer satisfaction, brand loyalty, and a seamless omnichannel shopping experience. You also partner with store leaders to meet individual goals and daily expectations and build productive relationships with your colleagues.

Requirements
