About The Position

As a Sales Associate/Photographer, you’ll help create excellent experiences on Santa photo sets by welcoming families, engaging with children, and capturing memorable holiday moments. You’ll provide warm, energetic guest service and support a smooth photo experience from start to finish. Photography experience is not required. The role involves taking photos and providing souvenirs, operating a POS system and photography equipment, maintaining a safe and clean workspace, and helping photo operations run smoothly. The position is seasonal and requires availability for at least 20 hours a week or as needed, including peak retail hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and able to attend training meetings and complete required courses.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
• Professional attire and good hygiene.
• Availability to attend training meetings and complete required courses.
• Flexibility to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, helping families feel welcomed and cared for.
• Work as part of a team to help photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
