About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a seasonal Holiday Sales Associate to help create enjoyable Santa photo experiences at Grapevine Mills. The associate welcomes families, engages with children, takes photos, and helps guests select memorable souvenirs. The role supports smooth photo-set operations and delivers friendly, patient, and festive service throughout each visit. Photography experience is not required.

This role offers flexible scheduling and requires availability during peak retail periods, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Employees must be available for at least 20 hours per week or as needed, attend training meetings, and complete required courses. The position is seasonal, with opportunities to return in future holiday seasons and pursue growth in the souvenir photography division where available.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be able to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Be comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be able to process sales transactions and handle cash comfortably.
• Maintain professional attire and good hygiene.
• Be available to attend training meetings and complete required courses.
• Be flexible to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo-set experience, helping families feel welcomed and cared for.
• Work as part of a team to help photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
