Sales Associate – Optical - Part Time

About The Position

America's Best, part of National Vision, is seeking a Sales Associate to support customers and store operations while helping meet sales goals. The role focuses on providing an excellent customer experience by helping customers choose eyewear suited to their lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispensing eyeglasses and contact lenses and providing lens training as permitted by state law; and educating customers about eyewear and contact lens care. The associate also maintains accurate customer and patient records, communicates order status, answers phone calls, keeps the store clean and organized and merchandise presented to brand standards, and supports inventory control and loss prevention. Other duties may be assigned. Duties and work practices may vary based on state licensing or credential requirements. Stores are closed every Sunday.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Skilled at multitasking and handling a fast-paced work environment.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals.
