About The Position

As a Sales Associate at America's Best, you will help deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. You will assist customers with eyewear selection based on their lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training as permitted by state law; and educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care. You will maintain accurate customer and patient records, communicate order status, answer incoming phone calls, and help keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards. You will also support inventory control and loss prevention procedures and perform other duties as assigned. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Skilled at multitasking and handling a fast-paced work environment.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
