Sales Associate – Optical - Part Time

About The Position

America's Best, part of National Vision, is hiring a part-time Sales Associate to help deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. The role includes helping customers select eyewear suited to their lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispensing eyeglasses and contact lenses and providing lens training where permitted by state law; and educating customers about eyewear and contact lens care. The associate also maintains accurate customer and patient records, communicates order status, answers incoming calls, keeps the store clean and organized and its displays aligned with brand standards, and supports inventory control and loss prevention. Duties and work practices may vary to comply with state licensing and credential requirements.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals.
Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget.
Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training as permitted by state law.
