About The Position

The Sales Associate generates sales by demonstrating passion for product, brands, fashion, and trends. The role also executes initiatives and tasks assigned by the leadership team and contributes positively to the store team by consistently providing an exceptional customer experience. The position is part-time and requires flexibility to work 20–40 hours per week, including weekends, nights, and peak holiday periods.

Requirements

• Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills.

• Excellent time management skills.
• Proficiency in math and strong computer skills.
• Ability to work 20–40 hours per week with schedule flexibility, including weekends, nights, and peak holiday periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an engaging, positive, and authentic customer experience.
• Focus on full-price selling while staying aware of product value and promotions.
• Handle customer situations according to policy and procedures, attempt to resolve issues, and partner with leadership on escalated matters.
• Complete assigned tasks promptly and efficiently.
• Execute visual directives and maintain company visual standards as directed by management.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness to support a safe working and shopping environment.
• Follow company policies, the Code of Business Conduct, Employee Policy Guide, and Safety Program.
• Comply with Loss Prevention policies and report violations to leadership or the Silent Witness Hotline.
• Share customer feedback with leadership to improve the customer experience.
• Participate in company and store contests and events.
• Stay current on financial goals and priorities and support leadership in achieving sales and operational goals.
• Support and execute digital sales strategies, including ship from store and BOPIS.
• Represent the PacSun brand through enthusiasm for products, brands, fashion, and trends.
• Contribute to a positive working environment by exhibiting core value behaviors.
• Maintain the company's fashion image by following Employee Appearance Guidelines.
• Learn about products, brands, fashion, and trends, and work to improve individual performance as a productive team member.
