About The Position

As a Sales Associate at LOFT, you serve as a brand ambassador, building authentic connections with customers and guiding their shopping journeys with personalized styling recommendations. You help maintain an inviting store by keeping merchandise organized and properly placed on the sales floor. In collaboration with your team, you create personalized customer experiences and uphold the store’s customer-focused environment.

Requirements
