About The Position

The Associate - Sales position is a full-time, entry-level role that includes a comprehensive four-month Associate Development Program. The program provides sales strategies, practices, and industry knowledge to prepare participants for a career as a Sales Associate at RRD. The program has a required cohort start date; the posting is hiring for the February 2027 cohort.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, communications, packaging, economics, or a related field; preferred, with an interest in sales.
• Prior experience using a CRM, such as Salesforce.
• Sales internship or experience selling.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform RRD's sales steps through training and observation.
• Learn and execute prospecting and cold calling to build new accounts.
• Shadow sales representatives; some travel is required.
• Assist senior sales representatives with sourcing, securing, and managing new and existing business.
• Attend internal and external sales meetings.
• Maintain relationships with existing accounts and customers.
• Build a sales funnel for the post-training assignment.
• Continue developing industry knowledge through marketing and sales publications.
• Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
