About The Position

The Sales Associate works on the frontlines to ensure every customer has a positive and comfortable experience, representing Rhone and its principles of being gritty, responsible, excellent, authentic, and team centered. The role calls for a passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle. The associate supports customer-facing sales as well as selling-floor and operational needs, including fitting rooms, point of sale, replenishment, and visual standards. This is a seasonal, part-time position at NorthPark Center in Dallas, Texas, reporting to the Store Manager.

Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Availability to work a minimum of two 4-hour shifts weekly.
Ability to adhere to scheduled shifts punctually.
Ability to lift 25 pounds; comfort climbing ladders, moving around regularly, and standing for extended periods.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Deliver results while putting the customer first and applying an omni-channel mindset.
Build relationships with customers, team members, and business partners.
Develop expertise in Rhone products and educate customers on product features and benefits.
Assess customers’ individual needs and provide product recommendations.
Support all areas of the selling floor, including fitting rooms and point of sale.
Assist with replenishment, visual standards, and other operational tasks.
Take initiative by helping with tasks, asking questions, and sharing ideas.
Demonstrate inclusive behavior with the team and customers.
