About The Position

The Part-Time Sales Associate drives sales efforts and customer relationships by providing excellent customer service and using effective selling techniques. The role performs daily store functions, including product merchandising and sales, customer relations, and store maintenance. Key priorities are customer service, sales, and teamwork. The associate also supports shipments, restocking, pricing, visual standards, inventory control, loss prevention, and maintaining an organized sales environment.

Requirements

Excellent command of English to communicate effectively with management, customers, and coworkers.
Basic fashion and style trend knowledge and a desire to work with customers in a retail setting.
Problem-solving, analytical, detail-orientation, flexibility, communication, and interpersonal skills to provide customer service and support inventory control, merchandise transport, and store maintenance.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work extended hours during critical project phases and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with flexibility.
Reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not necessary.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Use fashion and trend knowledge to identify customer needs, recommend appropriate merchandise, and build customer relationships.
Assist with shipments, merchandising, restocking, and pricing.
Give customers a positive, energetic, and outgoing impression, while maintaining an enthusiastic attitude toward the job and company.
Comply with company policies.
Participate in service training and product programs.
Follow visual standards, complete daily restocking, and maintain adequate size runs as directed.
Assist in preventing employee and customer theft.
Help maintain a neat and orderly sales environment.
Keep the store organized as directed by store management.
Perform other duties as assigned.
