About The Position
LOFT creates modern, feminine, versatile clothing for women and supports customers in expressing their authentic selves. As a Sales Associate, you serve as a brand ambassador, building authentic connections with customers and guiding their shopping journeys through personalized styling recommendations. You help maintain an inviting sales floor by keeping merchandise organized and properly placed, and collaborate with your team to create personalized customer experiences. You connect with customers, listen to their needs, share product knowledge, and provide recommendations. You use brand behaviors and personalized service to build loyalty, maintain visual and operational standards, and use available technology to stay informed about priorities and promotions and support a seamless omnichannel shopping experience. You partner with store leaders to meet individual goals and daily expectations, and build productive relationships by sharing ideas and helping others.
Requirements
