About The Position

The Part-Time Sales Associate at ALDO drives sales while creating a great in-store experience. The role brings energy, style, and a customer-focused attitude to encourage customers to return. Reporting to the Store Manager, the associate contributes to sales goals, store presentation, daily operations, and an inclusive environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in the retail or service industry.
• Deep interest in fashion.
• Customer-first approach and a natural ability to connect with people.
• Availability for day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to stay on your feet and lift up to 35 lbs. (approximately 16 kg).

Responsibilities

• Meet individual sales goals and help the team achieve overall targets.
• Maintain the store’s appearance through visual merchandising and displays.
• Follow company policies and procedures, especially those concerning payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention.
• Support daily operations, including restocking and back-store tasks.
• Help create a positive, inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome.
