About The Position

LOFT creates modern, feminine, versatile clothing for women and aims to empower women’s authentic self-expression. As a Sales Associate, you serve as a brand ambassador, build authentic connections with customers, and guide their shopping journeys with personalized styling recommendations. You help maintain an inviting store by keeping merchandise organized and properly placed on the sales floor. You collaborate with your team to deliver personalized customer experiences and support the store environment.

Requirements

• Bring a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be proficient with technology and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
