About The Position

The Sales Associate assists customers throughout the retail store, with a primary focus on providing excellent customer service. The role may involve greeting customers, cashiering, answering product questions, assembling products, housekeeping, and other duties assigned by the manager. The position focuses on Farm, Pets, and Hardware. Benefits are available for employees working 30 or more hours per week.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and assist with customer service questions.
Price merchandise and make price changes as requested by store management.
Stock and face merchandise on shelves as requested by store management.
Assist with receiving freight and organizing incoming products as directed by store management.
Assist with cycle counts.
Answer incoming telephone calls and handle them appropriately.
Process customer transactions using the KCX cash register system.
Handle cash accurately.
Handle customer returns.
Perform housekeeping duties and other duties as assigned.
