About The Position

Mattress Firm is seeking a Sales Associate to join their team. This role involves helping customers find the best mattress for their needs, ranging from low-price point options to high-end comfort. The company guarantees a minimum earning of $1,680 per two-week pay period during the initial 120-day onboarding and training period. Requirements

• Physical flexibility for showroom activities.
• Availability for retail hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug & alcohol testing and background check.

• Guide customers through showroom and special-order options.
