About The Position
HUGO BOSS is seeking a Part Time Sales Associate for the Macy's Shop at The Domain. The Sales Associate serves as a brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional shopping experience, presenting merchandise to showcase the brand, and executing operational strategies that support positive operating profits. The role involves customer service and relationship selling, personal sales, operational compliance, community engagement, and support for store health and safety practices. The position offers base pay plus commission. The stated expected base pay rate is $16 per hour. Offers may vary based on relevant skills, training, experience, education, certifications, market conditions, and organizational factors.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of specialty retail sales experience.
- Strong customer service and selling experience.
- Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial approach.
- Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.

Responsibilities
- Use effective communication to provide exceptional customer service, support business with the merchant group, and solve problems.
- Achieve positive personal sales results through relationship selling, building a client base, and exemplary customer service.
- Ensure standard operating procedures are executed and policies are followed.
- Build relationships with the community through personal involvement, public relations events, and advertising opportunities.
- Assist with implementing health and safety policies and operational procedures, using provided training and guidance to support store management.
- Follow local laws and regulations and HUGO BOSS health and safety standards.
- Create an exceptional shopping experience through exciting merchandise presentations and execution of operational strategies.
