About The Position

As a Retail Selling Colleague in the women’s shoes department, you blend results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences. You learn what customers need, offer personalized recommendations, and connect them with appropriate products and services. Through warmth, product knowledge, and personal engagement on the sales floor and in the fitting room, you build trust, meet sales goals, and encourage customer loyalty. The role also involves keeping the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting. At the start of the day, colleagues prepare the sales floor, review sales goals, and learn about new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions. During the day, they welcome customers, build relationships, maintain the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits, help customers complete their shopping, and provide a sincere farewell. Colleagues support one another through collaboration and care, work toward individual and store results, and learn and improve together. Part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12–24 hours per week. Schedules include weekend shifts, and hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
