About The Position

As a Retail Selling Colleague in the women’s shoe department, you combine results-focused selling with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences. You learn what customers need, provide personalized recommendations, and connect them with appropriate products and services. Through warmth, product knowledge, and customer engagement, you build trust, meet sales targets, and encourage customer loyalty. The role includes more than cashiering. You help keep the shopping area clean, organized, and inviting, prepare for customers, and work collaboratively with colleagues. You review sales goals, learn about new arrivals, popular products, trends, and promotions, and use that knowledge to engage and assist customers. You also maintain the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, support merchandise moves, share loyalty-program benefits, and help customers complete their shopping experience. This is a part-time position. Part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12–24 hours per week; actual hours depend on business needs and colleague availability. Schedules include weekend shifts, and the role calls for flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.

Use computers, handheld equipment, and cash registers to perform job functions and process transactions.
