About The Position

As a Retail Selling Colleague in the women’s shoes department, you combine results-focused selling with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, offer personalized recommendations, and connect them with appropriate products and services. You engage customers on the sales floor and in fitting rooms, use product knowledge to build trust, meet sales targets, and encourage loyalty. The role involves more than cashiering and includes keeping the shopping area clean, organized, and inviting. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals and top-selling items, and keeping up with trends and promotions. During the day, they welcome customers, build friendly relationships, recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits, assist customers through checkout, and help create a positive, collaborative experience for customers and coworkers.
