Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and inquire about their needs.
Provide assistance in finding the right pieces based on customer preferences, budget, and lifestyle.
Explain product features, materials, and benefits.
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and functionality.
Guide customers through the purchasing process, including processing transactions and arranging delivery or pickup.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchase.
Assist with post-sales inquiries, such as scheduling delivery or addressing product issues.
Handle administrative duties such as updating inventory records, responding to emails or phone calls, and maintaining showroom organization.
Participate in weekly training sessions to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
