Sales Design Consultant
About The Position
Closets by Design is hiring designers/sales representatives who are creative, have good communication skills, and enjoy helping people organize their homes. This role offers the flexibility of working from home with pre-set appointments close to your home. Complete sales and design training is provided, so no prior experience is necessary. You will begin the sales route with appointments, build rapport with customers to understand their organizational needs, assess opportunities within their homes, and educate them on our products and services. Following our sales training and using your communication skills, you will help residential customers with their home organizational needs.
Requirements
- No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.
- Coachable candidates.
- Growth mindset with willingness to complete 16-week paid sales training.
- Reliable access to Motor Vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities
- Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
- Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
- Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
- Educate customers on our products and services.
- Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.
