About The Position

The Sales Associate provides exceptional customer service, operates cash registers, and maintains a clean and organized store environment. The role includes assisting customers with purchases, restocking merchandise, and ensuring accurate pricing and product displays. Ideal candidates have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting. This position may be part-time or full-time and is onsite in Elkmont, Alabama. It reports to the Store Manager.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
People-first mentality and commitment to providing a great experience for team members and guests.
Ability to use time effectively and efficiently.
Ability to obtain customer information and use it to improve products and services.
Ability to perform multiple tasks at one time.
Ability to read, understand, and speak English at an eighth-grade level.
Ability to comprehend and perform basic math skills.
Ability to understand, comprehend, and perform basic computer and point-of-sale skills.

Responsibilities
