About The Position

TOMMY HILFIGER is seeking a passionate Sales Associate to deliver an excellent customer experience and support sales-floor and behind-the-scenes operations while upholding the brand’s standards under the guidance of the Store Management team. The role involves engaging customers, promoting the brand and its products, and helping maintain store operations. Prior retail experience is preferred but not required.

Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

Provide warm, helpful customer service and engage customers in conversations that inspire sales and build brand loyalty.
Keep up to date with campaigns and product launches and promote the brand vision to customers.
Process new inventory, restock shelves, and operate the cash register.
