Sales Associate – Optical - Part Time

About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you will help deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. You will assist customers in choosing eyewear that fits their lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training where permitted by state law; and educate customers about eyewear and contact lens care. You will also maintain accurate customer and patient records, communicate order status, answer incoming phone calls, keep the store clean and organized and visually merchandised to brand standards, and support inventory control and loss prevention procedures. Other duties may be assigned. Duties and work practices may vary by location to meet state licensing or credential requirements. America's Best stores are closed every Sunday.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.
