About The Position

America's Best, part of National Vision, is hiring a bilingual Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. The role helps customers select eyewear suited to their lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispenses eyeglasses and contact lenses and provides lens training as permitted by state law; and educates customers about eyewear and contact lens care. The associate also maintains accurate customer and patient records, communicates order status, answers incoming phone calls, maintains a clean and organized store with visual merchandising to brand standards, and supports inventory control and loss prevention. Duties and practices may vary to meet state licensing or credential requirements. America's Best stores are closed on Sundays.

Requirements

Fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish.
Skilled at multitasking and handling a fast-paced work environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.
