About The Position
HUGO BOSS is seeking a part-time Sales Associate for its Macy's Shop at Northpark. The role represents HUGO BOSS to customers by delivering an exceptional shopping experience, presenting merchandise in an engaging way, and carrying out operational strategies that support positive operating profits. The associate serves as a brand ambassador and helps bring the company's collections to customers. The position focuses on customer service, relationship-based selling, building a client base, and supporting store operations. It also includes contributing to community relationships and helping implement health and safety policies and procedures. The expected base pay rate is $15 per hour, with commission; offers depend on relevant skills, training, experience, education, certifications where applicable, and market and organizational factors.
Requirements
- Two to three years of specialty retail sales experience.
- Strong customer service and selling experience.
- Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial approach.
- Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.
