About The Position

HUGO BOSS is seeking a part-time Sales Associate for its Macy's Shop in Northridge. The role represents HUGO BOSS to customers and the marketplace by delivering exceptional shopping experiences, presenting merchandise, and executing operational strategies that support positive operating profits. The Sales Associate provides customer service, drives personal sales, builds client relationships, supports store operations and health and safety practices, and helps cultivate community relationships.

Requirements

Two to three years of specialty retail sales experience.
Strong customer service and selling experience.
Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial approach.
Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate effectively while assisting customers, working with the merchant group, and solving problems.
