Sales Associate - Wine Merchant (Dundas St & Springbank Ave N)
About The Position
As a Wine Merchant at Wine Rack, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and inspiring customers with Arterra’s award-winning wines. The role involves engaging with customers, performing point-of-sale transactions, managing merchandising tasks like receiving shipments and replenishment, and meeting shift targets. You will also participate in community initiatives and festivals. Wine Rack offers a strong wine education training program, opportunities to learn and taste wines, and a fun, flexible store environment. Requirements
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience
- Enjoy working in a fun, team environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- 19 years of age or older
- High School or equivalent education is required
- Smart Serve Certification is required
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job include lifting up to 21 kilograms, standing, reaching, bending and climbing ladders
