About The Position
As a Wine Merchant at Wine Rack, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and inspiring customers to enjoy wine. The role involves learning about Arterra’s award-winning wines through a strong wine education training program. Wine Rack aims to inspire every generation to savour the simple joys of life and offers a fun, flexible store environment. Requirements
- 19 years of age or older
- High School or equivalent education is required
- Smart Serve Certification is required
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job include lifting up to 21 kilograms, standing, reaching, bending and climbing ladders

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Enthusiastically engage and interact with customers
- Perform POS (point of sales transactions) and merchandising tasks, such as receiving shipments and replenishment
- Meet and exceed shift targets
