Requirements

• Background in sales, hospitality, customer service, or another people-focused role (for Sales Associates).
• Outgoing, motivated, and comfortable connecting with customers (for Sales Associates).
• Strong phone skills and confidence in making calls, following up with leads, and building relationships (for Sales Associates).
• Active social media presence and comfort using social platforms (for Sales Associates).
• Ability to work toward goals in a commission-based environment (for Sales Associates).
• Comfort using email and CRM tools (for Sales Associates).
• Confident communication skills and ability to create an exceptional customer experience (for Sales Associates).
• Professional RV repair and service experience (for RV Technicians).
• Experience diagnosing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance, slide-out, roofing, structural, or other RV systems (for RV Technicians).
• Skilled at troubleshooting and completing repairs accurately and efficiently (for RV Technicians).
• Understanding of how to manage repair orders and work in a production-based environment (for RV Technicians).
• Dependable, safety-minded, and committed to providing excellent service (for RV Technicians).
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment (for RV Technicians).
• Hold RVTI, manufacturer, or other relevant technical certifications (for RV Technicians).
• Experienced technicians from related industries are also encouraged to attend, including professionals with backgrounds in Automotive or diesel repair, Electrical systems, HVAC, Plumbing, Carpentry or construction, Appliance repair, Mechanical or general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the RV purchase process.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide variety of RV systems.
• Ensure customers can safely get back on the road.
• Manage repair orders and work in a production-based environment.
• Provide excellent service and quality workmanship.
