About The Position

Blue Compass RV Dayton is hosting an in-person hiring event on Wednesday, August 5th, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM at their Dayton location (1775 S. Dayton-Lakeview Road, New Carlisle, OH 45344). They are seeking motivated, career-driven, and customer-focused individuals to join their award-winning team. The event offers opportunities to meet leadership, learn about available positions, discuss career interests, explore training and advancement, and potentially interview on-site. Various roles are available, including Sales Manager, F&I Manager, Office Manager, Sales Associates, RV Technicians, Lot Porter, Detailer, and Parts Associate, with specific salary ranges provided for each.

Requirements

Sales leadership or dealership management experience

Automotive, RV, powersports, or dealership F&I experience
Confident explaining financial products and closing transactions
Ability to balance strong sales performance with accuracy and compliance

Office management, dealership accounting, or administrative experience
Highly organized and attentive to detail
Can manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Enjoy supporting a team and keeping operations running smoothly
Background in sales, hospitality, customer service, or another people-focused role
Outgoing, motivated, and comfortable connecting with customers
Strong phone skills and confident making calls, following up with leads, and building relationships
Active social media presence and comfortable using social platforms to engage potential customers, showcase inventory, and generate interest
Enjoy working toward goals in a commission-based environment
Comfortable using email and CRM tools to manage and follow up with customers
Passion for helping people find the right solution
Experience in RV, automotive, diesel, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, construction, or general repair
Enjoy troubleshooting and working with your hands

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and develop a successful sales team while creating an exceptional experience for every customer.
Present financing options, protection products, and other solutions that enhance the ownership experience.
Support the dealership’s daily business operations, including administrative processes, financial documentation, reporting, and coordination across departments.
Guide customers through the RV purchase process.
Diagnose, repair, and maintain RV systems.
Move RVs, maintain the lot, and assist with day-to-day dealership operations.
Clean and detail RV interiors and exteriors for display and delivery.
Help customers and technicians locate parts and accessories, support inventory, ordering, and daily parts-department operations.
