Requirements
- Professional RV repair and service experience
- Experience diagnosing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance, slide-out, roofing, structural, or other RV systems
- Skilled at troubleshooting and completing repairs accurately and efficiently
- Understand how to manage repair orders and work in a production-based environment
- Take pride in quality workmanship and strong productivity
- Dependable, safety-minded, and committed to providing excellent service
- Can work independently while also contributing to a team environment
- Experienced technicians from related industries are also encouraged to attend, including professionals with backgrounds in: Automotive or diesel repair, Electrical systems, HVAC, Plumbing, Carpentry or construction, Appliance repair, Mechanical or general maintenance.
Nice To Haves
- Hold RVTI, manufacturer, or other relevant technical certifications
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide variety of RV systems.
- Help customers get safely back on the road.
- Troubleshoot and complete repairs accurately and efficiently.
- Manage repair orders and work in a production-based environment.
- Ensure quality workmanship and strong productivity.
- Provide excellent service.
