Blue Compass RV Dayton is hosting an in-person hiring event on Wednesday, August 5th, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM at 1775 S. Dayton-Lakeview Road, New Carlisle, OH 45344. Requirements

Sales leadership or dealership management experience

Automotive, RV, powersports, or dealership F&I experience
Confident explaining financial products and closing transactions
Ability to balance strong sales performance with accuracy and compliance

Office management, dealership accounting, or administrative experience
Highly organized and attentive to detail
Can manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Enjoy supporting a team and keeping operations running smoothly
Background in sales, hospitality, customer service, or another people-focused role
Outgoing, motivated, and comfortable connecting with customers
Strong phone skills and comfortable making calls, following up with leads, and building relationships
Active social media presence and comfortable using social platforms to engage potential customers, showcase inventory, and generate interest
Enjoy working toward goals in a commission-based environment
Comfortable using email and CRM tools to manage and follow up with customers
Experience in RV, automotive, diesel, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, construction, or general repair
Enjoy troubleshooting and working with your hands

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and develop a successful sales team while creating an exceptional experience for every customer.
Help customers complete their RV purchase by presenting financing options, protection products, and other solutions that enhance the ownership experience.
Support the dealership’s daily business operations, including administrative processes, financial documentation, reporting, and coordination across departments.
Guide customers through one of the most exciting purchases they’ll make—an RV that helps them create lasting memories and new adventures.
Diagnose, repair, and maintain RV systems to help our customers stay safe and ready for their next adventure.
Help keep our dealership organized, safe, and customer-ready by moving RVs, maintaining the lot, and assisting with day-to-day dealership operations.
Prepare RVs for display and delivery by cleaning and detailing interiors and exteriors to create a great first impression for our customers.
Help customers and technicians locate the parts and accessories they need while supporting inventory, ordering, and daily parts-department operations.
