About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate/Photographer to create memorable Santa photo experiences for children and families. In partnership with retail locations and attractions, the company provides holiday and souvenir photography experiences across North America. In this role, you will welcome families, engage with children, take photographs, and provide guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience. You will help keep photo operations smooth, operate sales and photography equipment, and maintain a safe, clean work environment. Photography experience is not required. The role is seasonal and requires availability for at least 20 hours per week or as needed, including peak retail periods such as evenings, weekends, and holidays. Employees must attend training meetings and complete required courses. Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
• Professional attire and good hygiene.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.
• Flexibility to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, ensuring families feel welcomed and cared for.
• Participate as a team member to help photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
• Attend training meetings and complete required courses.
