About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a seasonal Sales Associate/Photographer to help create enjoyable experiences on Santa photo sets. The role welcomes families, engages with children, captures holiday moments, and provides guest service throughout the photo experience. Team members support smooth photo operations, process sales, use photography equipment, and help maintain a safe and clean work environment. Photography experience is not required. The position is seasonal, requires availability for at least 20 hours per week or as needed, and may include peak retail hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be able to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Be comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be able to process sales transactions and be comfortable handling cash.
• Maintain professional attire and good hygiene.
• Be available to work at least 20 hours per week or as needed.
• Be flexible to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience and help families feel welcomed and cared for.
• Work as part of a team to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
• Attend training meetings and complete required courses.
