About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a seasonal Sales Associate/Photographer to help create positive experiences on Santa photo sets. The role welcomes families, engages with children, takes photographs, and helps provide a smooth and memorable photo experience. It also supports sales and photo operations, guest service, and a safe, clean work environment. Photography experience is not required. The position requires a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed, with flexibility during peak retail periods, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be able to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Be comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be able to process sales transactions and handle cash comfortably.
• Wear professional attire and maintain good hygiene.
• Be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.
• Be flexible to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience and help every family feel welcomed and cared for.
• Work as part of a team to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
• Attend training meetings and complete required courses.
